PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE ("AGREEMENT" OR "TERMS OF USE") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING WWW.SKINERAPYCO.COM(THE "SITE") OR ANY SERVICE OFFERED BY SKINERAPYCO ("SKINERAPY," "WE," OR "US"). UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SITE OR ANY SKINERAPY SERVICE. BY VISITING, BROWSING, OR USING THE SITE OR ANY SKINERAPY SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE INTO IT.

SkinerapyCo operates an Beauty/Cosmetic community on the Site and on social networking platforms controlled by SkinerapyCo such as the SkinerapyCo Facebook ® page, Instagram ® page, Pinterest ® boards, Twitter ® feed and the YouTube channel (collectively, the "SkinerapyCo Online Community"). Our community is a place for you to express your unique beauty.

Ownership: All right, title and interest in and to this Service, including all text, designs, images, videos, graphics, Software and other content and materials on the Service (collectively, "Materials"), are owned by SkinerapyCo and its licensors. SkinerapyCo also owns or has a right to use all trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names used on this Service (collectively, "Trademarks").

Limits on Transactions. SkinerapyCo is for individual use, and we do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. To enforce this policy, we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Pricing and Use in the United States. Prices are in United States ("U.S.") currency. All information we collect and information related to orders through SkinerapyCo is processed within the United States. Because product information in SkinerapyCo is provided according to U.S. standards, we make no guarantees that  You acknowledge these restrictions and agree to either represent that you are not subject to them or agree you will comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the U.S.
