Business

Orders

If you received an impartial package or products are missing from your order, please reach out to us at sales@skinerapyco.com within 48 hours so that we can further investigate. 

Product Informations

Skinerapy uses natural and/or organic ingredients in all of its products. We do not use synthetics, colorants, parabens, pthlates, alcohols, or sulfates in any of our products. Please refer to each products ingredient list for a complete list of ingredients.    

We do not use synthetic fragrances in our products. Our products are naturally scented with hydrosols, distillates, extracts and infusions to better prevent irritation. We promise that you won't get any synthetic, "perfumy" smells from us. 

We are 100% cruelty-free and do not, nor will we ever, test on animals. 

Every skin is different. If you are targeting hyperpigmentation, you can expect to see subtle results in as little as 2-4 weeks. 

Depending on the severity, sometimes it can take up to 3-6 months for your skin to be completely cleared. This time frame is not absolute and changes depending on your individual skin. Fairer skin tones usually achieve a much faster result than darker skin tones. 

It is important to take pictures from when you begin and once every 2 weeks to 1 month afterwards so that you can track your results. Usually, we cannot see the subtle changes happening and can get discouraged. We recommend taking pictures for motivation and to look at the progress in your skin.  

It is also important to keep your skin MOISTURIZED. Your skin needs to stay moisturized at ALL TIMES. Yes, All Times. 24/7. Moisturized skin is healthy skin and will help your skin cell turnover so that you can reveal new skin. 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you feel that your products have been compromised in any way, please send us an email at sales@skinerapyco.com within the first 48 hours of receiving your product. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response to your inquiry.    

We do not offer refunds on our personal care products. If you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at sales@skinerapyco.com so that we can better accommodate you. 

Cancellations: Orders placed can be cancelled within 72 hours. Contact us at info@skinerapyco.com and include your details used to place your order as well as the order number. Our customer service team will respond shortly. After 72 hours, your order will not be eligible for cancellation as it has most likely already been shipped.

Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping (United States)  

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days (including processing time)

Express: 2 Business days (guaranteed if ordered by 1pm EST)

Overnight: 1 business day (not including holidays)

International shipping

Please note that carriers do not consider weekends and holidays business days. 

We are not responsible for refunds if:  

  • Packages are refused due to high duties and taxes.
  • Packages can not clear customs because of restrictions. 
  • Items that are missing because they are confiscated by Customs.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address. 
  • Packages are not picked up by the recipient at the local holding facility.  


Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international customs, duties, tariffs, or broker taxes. All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by the customer and are due to the carrier. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable taxes or value limit in order to clear customs. 

Packages may be held at the local sorting facility until customs are paid. Customs fees may be applied after the package is received.

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are considered domestic shipments that are transferred and sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
